Closing day is here! I'll be a homeowner (after much signing of my name) in two and a half hours! I'm anxious to get this all over with, though I'm probably going to have to gripe at the realtor about a few things first. The lawn of the house is still not mowed, and hasn't been for a few weeks. There's a pile of old ripped up lumber and rusty nails in the backyard that I want removed too. I'm really not an anal-retentive person about things like that, but when you're paying $100,000 for something, you have the right to be anal-retentive.
