I'm sending my iPaq 3870 PDA back to Compaq for repair, again. First I had the same backlight issue that everyone seems to have, then it stopped charging. They replaced the motherboard in it, but now it locks up if I let it go to sleep while attached to my expansion pack. Hopefully it'll work right when I get it back next week...

The Apple Airport that I received last week to replace my dead unit has also malfunctioned. On Saturday, I noticed that it only had a range of about 15 feet, about a tenth of what it should be, then yesterday, I wasn't able to connect to it at all via the wireless network. I did my own troubleshooting, then called Apple so I could wait on hold for an hour for various people to check various things on their end, and now they're sending me another base station to try.
