Ann Coulter was on The Daily Show last night. It freaks me out that someone so attractive and intelligent can spout such idiocy from her mouth, yet I still like seeing her on TV! She is a bit too thin though, that can't be healthy. Anyhow, for an example of what I mean, take this quote of hers:

"God gave us the earth. We have dominion over the plants, the animals, the trees. God said, 'Earth is yours. Take it. Rape it. It's yours.'"---Hannity & Colmes, 6/20/01

Or:

"I think [women] should be armed but should not [be allowed to] vote."---Politically Incorrect, 2/26/01

Now I realize that those are taken out of context, but engage your brain before you open your mouth. I'm not a conservative, but generally I can hop on board with about 50% of their ideology, as I style myself as more of a hybrid Libertarian/Democrat. With Ann, I can only agree with about 10% of what comes out of her mouth, she's somewhere to the political right of Mussolini, but just left of Hitler...

John has a great photo tour of Iowa on his site, that he put up last night. The scary thing is, I saw the first picture on the tour, and knew EXACTLY where it was taken, I've even wanted to go there, but after reading John's warning, I'm pretty sure I don't.
