New Blog
I set up a weblog server at work today, using Manila from Userland. I've got 60 days to evaluate the server, then I have to buy it or kill it. So, I've made a new weblog there, though this will still be my main site, don't worry. The new blog is at http://weblogs.csbs.uni.edu/bokelman/ if you're interested.

Microsoft has bought Rare, at least that's what this article from Cnet says. Hmm, I'm not sure if this is good or bad, Rare made some great Nintendo games, so I hope Microsoft doesn't screw them up too much. I'm guessing MSFT did this because they're hoping to get some killer games for the Xbox, and only for the Xbox, rather than Playstation 2 or GameCube.
