I spent the day at Open Source Day down at the University of Iowa. I thought Brad Wheeler from Indiana was the best speaker of the day. He gave a great talk about "Community Source" applications, those developed by groups of universities working together on large software projects.

Spent the afternoon volunteering at the Food Bank for the Heartland with some WoodmenLife coworkers today! We boxed, sealed, and stacked 3,275 pounds of bread and snacks for distribution to food banks in Western Iowa & Nebraska!

It was nice of the church in Marlow to ring the bells to celebrate J Dylan Shaffer crossing the bridge into town.
