It’s a gorgeous morning in downtown Omaha for the 2026 Heart & Stroke Walk for the American Heart Association! Walk starts at 9:30!

It was nice of the church in Marlow to ring the bells to celebrate J Dylan Shaffer crossing the bridge into town.

After ~65 miles in six days of walking, we have made it to Marlow.
